Cancellation/Refund Policy
Deposits are required in order to reserve your trip. A deposit of $500 will be required. You may mail a check to:

When paying for the balance of the trip we accept cash, check or credit card (there will be a 3% convenience fee charge for all credit card transactions). |
There is no cancellation penalty if you cancel more than 14 days prior to your trip. If you cancel within 14 days you may forfeit your deposit unless we are able to re-book the charter with another party. We will do our best to re-book our trip in order to prevent any charges to you.
If a "no show" you may be charged up to the full amount of the trip. |
Basically, it is the Captain's call to determine if the weather is too bad to go. We always work with guests in order to make a reasonable determination about the weather conditions.
If the trip is cancelled because of weather you will have the option of rescheduling or having your deposit refunded. |
